Plum Scholarship Campaign

Problem:

Plum offers a free pre-employment assessment that helps candidates showcase their innate talents and personality — giving employers a deeper view of applicants beyond their resumes. For students and new grads entering the job market for the first time, even strong performers tend to have near-identical resumes. A Plum profile gives them a meaningful way to stand out.

This project was a direct mail and digital campaign targeting college campuses across the US and Canada. The goal was to encourage students to create a Plum profile, using a $5,000 scholarship giveaway as the incentive. A package was also sent to campus faculty, equipping them with resources to share with students.

Solution:

The tri-fold was designed for faculty, outlining both the scholarship details and the benefits of a Plum profile so they could effectively inform students. The poster was intended for campus display, using a QR code and URL to direct students to the landing page. Social media posts were created for both LinkedIn and Instagram, and the landing page provided full details on the scholarship.

Throughout, the design closely followed Plum's existing brand, using student illustrations as an approachable, eye-catching visual element.
